Motivantes y activantes

Personas sin distingo de raza, género, condición socioeconómica o diversidad de creencias, que deciden compartir sus saberes y experiencias formativas de carácter cultural, artístico y comunitario, dentro de los procesos impulsados por la escuela Itinerante.

Motivantes: para Atabanza es importante desmitificar la jerarquía de conocimiento, establecida por el sistema educativo convencional desde hace tanto tiempo, donde se enfatiza que el profesor o docente es el único que contiene la información y la sabiduría y es el único que puede entregarla al alumno (sin luz) o al estudiante para que éste la replique en áreas concretas, no para que sea analizada y pueda solucionar diversas situaciones de la cotidianidad y más aún para que mediante ella pueda generar evolución personal y colectiva. Por esta razón asumimos el término Motivante, ya que como su nombre lo indica, es la persona que motiva a generar nuevas dinámicas de pensamiento crítico en los Activantes, a partir del quehacer artístico, cultural y comunitario, permitiendo que el conocimiento pueda ser circular.

Activantes: la forma en que nombramos las actividades, metodologías, grupos o procesos, define en gran parte su rol dentro de las acciones que se desarrollan, por esta razón consideramos importante el concepto de Activantes, no como un mero receptor de información, sino como una persona capaz de activar procesos, no solo al interior de la escuela sino en el contexto que habita, lo que permite desarrollar diversas dinámicas de tipo individual y colectivo.
